Nancy Jane was originally a custom build for a Norfolk farmer in the 1960s by John White at Felixstowe Ferry. It was stored in a barn
for several years and on the owners death it was bequeathed back to the Felixstowe Ferry. In need of modernisation, the current owner embarked on a
significant refurbishment project in early 2023. This included: - The hull taken back to wood and faired - Electronics replaced - Bulkhead in cabin built - Gold leaf name panels built - Internal panels in cabin built - Rot in wheel house
removed and mahogany replaced - Baby blake head refurbished - Solar system installed - VHF installed - Mast installed - Engine refurbished She is a lovely boat, when taken back to Felixstowe for the first time John White, the original builder and who is now the ferry boat captain came out to see it remembering it fondly. She is a perfect day boat for the Deben. She was built with love an that really tells. Nancy Jane is being sold with a 8ft tender, currently on the pontoon at Deben Yacht Club and a cradle for dry storage. Owner is selling to finance a new project.
She is lying afloat locally, viewing by appointment please.
